Product Introduction:
The traditional production methods of zinc oxide by the zinc carbonate mainly are: one is shaft kiln, and the other is the use of rotary kiln. The zinc oxide so produced is of low activity, high energy consumption, heavy environmental and material pollution and waste. Applying the dynamic drying and calcination process equipment developed by our company can produce the zinc oxide with high activity and purity. The zinc oxide flash drying calciner is of the features of energy saving, without environmental pollution, high recovery efficiency, small land covering area and high automation level.
Working Principle:
The exhaust which is generated from the material calcination in the dynamic calciner enters into Si De dryer, and the filter cake-shaped zinc carbonate with moisture content from 30 to 50% is fed into the dryer, the powdered zinc carbonate via break up and drying enters into the dynamic calciner, the hot air generated from coal, natural gas or gas enters into calciner to carry out mixed heat transfer with the zinc carbonate in the calciner, upon the heating under hot air of 400~1000 ºC, the zinc carbonate, after fast decomposition for a few seconds, is decomposed into zinc oxide, and the decomposed zinc oxide enters into silos via trap.
Performance Features:
1. Decomposition temperature is even and fast, which can realize the zinc oxide production with high activity and high purity
2. The filter cake-shaped zinc carbonate will be produced into powdered zinc oxide in a single piece/set of system
3. Heat consumption for production 150~200×104kcal/ton.
4. Without environmental pollution, small land covering area, convenient for maintenance and operation, high automation level.
5. Recovery rate> 99%
Technical Specifications:
Within the series of models, a single piece/set of equipment can produce zinc oxide 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000,15000, 20000 tons per year.
The use of active zinc oxide:
Active zinc oxide exhibits many special functions in catalysis, optics, magnetism, mechanics, etc., which makes it have important application value in many fields such as ceramics, chemical industry, electronics, optics, biology, and medicine.
Active zinc oxide can be used in ultraviolet light shielding materials, antibacterial agents, fluorescent materials, photocatalytic materials, etc. in the textile field.
Active zinc oxide can be used to make far-infrared reflective fiber material.
