Kaolin calciner overview:
The calcination process system formulated according to the characteristics of coal series soil, soft and hard soil, and the determined process calcination furnace can realize fast decomposition, slow oxidation and reduction, and dry utilization of heat source. It occupies a small area, can produce double 90 soil, calcined modified soil, and has good performance in use, which is better than the traditional method. The selection of calcination process and calcination equipment determines product quality and various performance indicators. Currently, the calcination methods mainly include external combustion type, internal combustion type rotary kiln and shaft kiln. The composite calcination kiln designed and manufactured by our company is a new type of advanced process equipment determined according to the kaolin calcination process.
Working principle:
The internal-combustion rotary kiln uses gas and oil as the heat source, and the hot air generated enters the kiln, and the dried and pre-decomposed kaolin enters the weir-type kiln for further calcination, and the exhaust gas after calcination is discharged through the pre-decomposition kiln dryer.
