Our company has carried out a lot of tests and researches on the activated roasting of low-grade boron ore, and designed a new flash roasting process. The activation rate of the finished product after roasting is obviously higher than that of the product roasted by the traditional rotary kiln. For example, boronite with a grade of more than 10% can be roasted to an activation rate of more than 90%; boronite with a grade of 6%~10% can be roasted to an activation rate of 80~85%. At present, the dynamic boron ore powder drying and calcining equipment developed by our company is the most advanced process and equipment technology in this field in China.
Introduction to drying and calcination of boron ore:
At present, there is no large-scale industrialized device for the roasting of low-grade boron-iron ore, and most enterprises discard it, resulting in a large waste of resources and environmental pollution. A small number of manufacturers use rotary kilns as roasting equipment for boron ore powder, but the products obtained by roasting in rotary kilns usually have low activation rate and leaching rate, high coal consumption, and poor thermal efficiency, making it difficult to make good use of boron ore resources. Using our company's dynamic drying and calcination process equipment can produce high-activity, high-grade boron ore powder. Boron ore powder flash calciner has the characteristics of energy saving, no pollution to the environment, high recovery rate, small footprint, and high degree of automation.
Working principle:
The feeder is used to feed wet boron ore powder into the Sider dryer. The drying heat source is the hot tail gas generated in the roasting process; the dry material and gas enter the gas-solid separator to be separated from the gas-solid, and the separated material is sent to the calciner for activation and roasting. The roasting working medium is hot flue gas generated by a coal-fired direct-fired hot air stove (temperature is about 1000~1050 ° C).
Features:
1. The operation is convenient, the roasting time is short, and the whole process is completed within a few seconds to tens of seconds;
2. Because the hot tail gas generated by roasting is recycled, the total energy consumption is low;
3. The product has high activity. When the B2O3 grade of boron concentrate powder is ≥7.5%, the roasting activity can reach 80%~90%;
4. Equipped with waste gas purification device, less environmental pollution;
5. The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to maintain.
