Molybdenum concentrate roasting rotary kiln - Molybdenum Oxide Calciner - Molybdenum Sulfide Calcination equipment
We can treat the sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas, and also extract the rhenium and copper from the molybdenum concentrate.
Working principle:
The molybdenum oxide internal combustion calciner adopts an internal combustion rotary kiln, using direct coal, flue gas, coal gas or natural gas as the heat source, and the moisture content of the dried molybdenum sulfide reaches about 5%, and the molybdenum sulfide is transported into the rotary kiln for oxidation and calcination. Calcined molybdenum oxide is discharged from the kiln tail.
Features:
1. The residual sulfur content of molybdenum oxide after calcination can meet the standard requirements, and the coal consumption per ton of molybdenum oxide can reach 400-450kg/ton of product. The molybdenum oxide produced by a single kiln can reach 2,000 tons per year, and the service life is 5 to 10 years.
2. With internal combustion calcination and corresponding tail gas recovery, the recovery rate of molybdenum oxide can be as high as 99%.
Technical specifications:
1. The molybdenum oxide kiln with an annual output of 2,000 tons is 18-28 meters long
2. The kiln diameter is 1.5-1.8 meters
3. The drying method of molybdenum sulfide adopts Sider dryer
4. Exhaust gas recovery adopts bag type capture
